Not only is it a good Kung Fu movie, but it also let's you watch the Kung Fu movie in Chinese with English subtitles. You can also choose to watch the Kung Fu movie with English dubbing if you want a good laugh. Another great classic Kung Fu movie, The 36th Chamber of Shaolin, gives you a very traditional Kung Fu movie experience. It can also be very helpful to find movies you know well in English that are dubbed into Chinese, like Disney movies. It may sound silly, but watching Disney movies like The Little Mermaid or The Incredibles in Chinese can really help you pick up some of the nuances of the Chinese language. These types of movies are usually the easiest to follow. Now, finding the Disney movies in Chinese is whole other challenge, but well worth it when you do find them.

Here's a fun way to practice speaking Chinese. Try ordering Chinese food by speaking Chinese to the restaurant staff. You may feel embarrased, but they'll respect you for trying out your new Chinese language skills. This will give you some practice with the Chinese language, and you'll still get some great Chinese food.

Another fun idea is to learn Chinese through music. Many people have a natural ability to hear sounds and tones in music that are difficult to hear when speaking. When you practice singing in Chinese, you'll actually learn the language more quickly, as your mind becomes accustomed to hearing Chinese language sounds in the music. When you sign in Chinese, you'll find that you are able to speak Chinese better. Your mouth will get used to making the Chinese sounds, and that will help you when you speak Chinese.
